US advertising spend topped $300 billion in 2023, and 2024 is primed to follow suit. But, the messaging isn’t always clear. What’s an ad? And, what isn’t?
In every channel, on every platform, there’s the potential that you’re being served an ad and don’t know it; or, if you do, that the promises being made are unsubstantiated and unfair. The Ad Lawyer™ was born to answer one of the most important questions: how can we help everyday people from being misled?
Not only do we help our clients avoid misleading and unfair trade practices that harm consumers, we help build reputable brands that have something to say.
